“Forever is Now” to Return to Giza Pyramids in October

Following the success of its first edition, “Forever is Now” contemporary art exhibition returns for its second edition from October 27 to November 30, 2022.

The exhibition, curated by Art d’Egypte, will host 10s of national and international artists including JR, Natalie Clark, Jwan Yosef, and eL Seed.

In its last edition, “Forever is Now” saw over 500 thousand visitors in the span of 4 weeks, and over one billion people live-streamed the exhibition online.

The exhibition plays a vital role in reviving Egypt’s tourism by promoting Egyptian culture to the international community, Amb. Omar Selim assistant to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Cultural Relations said during the press conference.

Founded by Nadine Abel Ghaffar, Art D’Égypte is a platform dedicated to promoting Egyptian art globally. Annual exhibitions of contemporary Egyptian art are at historical sites such as the Manial Palace and Al-Mu‘izz Street. The collective connects the country’s rich past with its innovative present.
